The Spaghetti Worm

They wiggle they squirm
They have eyes
In the back of their heads
They seldom die
When they are eaten

What are they
What is this creature
That is as straight as a piece of string
What would process
Any one to eat this creature
This string cheese animal
That is a thousand years old

Well
I don’t know
But
I do know its name
This straight edge piece of looking string
By the name of spaghetti

It loves to wriggle and squirm
As it is eaten
It pretends to be food
But in reality
It is a pasta worm
Ready to drill a hole
Into a brain of an innocent kitten
That may happen to pass by

This evil creature with no legs
But
With eyes in the back of its head
Creates a living hell for those that happen to eat it
So I say beware
Don’t eat it
Don’t’ even talk to it
Let it die and let it be
It feeds on your emotions
So just walk by and not notice it
It will die
This creature by the name of spaghetti

Forty Three and Counting

Never fear of getting older
Just think of yourself
As a bottle of an expensive wine
And with every year that passes
Allowing
A new position to be taken
Making sure that the sediment
Does not spoil your disposition
So
Happy birthday
And may your beautiful self shine through
The clouds of age that try to blemish your
Smiling face
