In a land far away
A sassy little girl
Lived
She was so sad
Because no one wanted to play with her
Then
One day she became ill
She was sick for days
Coughing, sneezing and feeling so very tired
She felt like she was going to die
Then
Suddenly
On December 22 she open her eyes and smiled
And all
Was well again
She had just forgotten
To smile on her birthday
Now
Today
She remembers
What she had forgotten
The sky above her is now
A happy shade of blue
Again
The sun and the moon are holding hands
Again
Because
The little girl has remembered to smile
Making everything in the universe right
Again
Because her Birthday
is
Avery special day to smile
